Trackinno Update: Support Requests over Chat

Trackinno service has been updated on 13.2.2017. A new support request feature was added to the service:

Handy chat window for sending support requests

The previous feature for sending support requests has been replaced by a chat. The chat window can be opened by clicking the button on the lower right corner. You can use the chat to send us your support requests, feedback or development ideas.

We hope the new chat feature further encourages our customers to contact us whenever they have questions. We appreciate all comments and feedback, so do not hesitate to contact us!

In addition, multiple improvements and fixes have been made based on our user feedback. You can read about the update in more detail in our changelog.
